The BMW E21 Digest is an Internet Based Newsletter, currently hosted on Yahoo! Groups, for and by the owners of "The Forgotten BMW."
The Digest was established by Phillip E. Clark of the NY Chapter of the BMW CCA in 1996. The Digest and its FAQ are for owners of E21 bodystyle BMW sedans.

What is an E21?
E21's are the original 3-series BMW automobiles. They include the 315, 316, 318, 318i, 320, 320i, 320/6, and 323i models produced between 1975 and 1983, as well as tuner cars produced by Baur, Hartge, AC Schitzer and Alpina.
While most people in the U.S. will only be familiar with the 320i, this digest encompases all E21 models produced and owned throughout the world.
Why should I join the BMW E21 Digest?
The BMW E21 Digest is by far the best and largest groups of E21 owners in the world. With over 600 members, the digest is an invaluable groups of owners, mechanics, racers, enthusiasts, shade-tree mechanics, and novices.
What do I have to do to join the digest?
You can join one of two ways:
Subscribe to the BMW E21 Digest You can fill in your email address in the form above and click the "Join Now" button to the right. You will be sent a confirmaiton message via email. Simply hit reply and send the message (you don't need to type anything) to confirm that you want to join. You will then begin receiveing the digest.
OR you can join from the web:
You will need to have a Yahoo! account. If you don't have one, click here.
If you already have a Yahoo! account, you can join from the BMW E21 Digest Page on Yahoo! Groups.
If you joined via the "subscribe" box above:
What will happen once I join?Once you join the digest, you will receive an email at least once a day in your mailbox containing a list of the most current messages posted to the digest. You will receive this email once a day or after 25 messages have been posted, whichever comes first.
If you joined via the Yahoo! Groups web page:
You will receive the digest based on the settings you chose when you joined: either "web only," "individual emails," or "daily digest."
What are the rules of the digest?
Treat the digest and its members with respect.
Try to stay on topic as much as possible.
Do not post inappropriate material.
When replying to posts, DO NOT simply hit reply, type your message and send. You MUST only include information from the previous post that is PERTINANT to your posting.
Remember that this is a public and unmoderated forum. Your views may differ from others. You can politely, but respectfully disagree.
No flame wars. Period. If you have a bone to pick with someone, do it off-line.
